End User License Agreement
Last updated: September 2026
1. The agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a contract between you and Fave DMA ("we", "us") covering the Fave DMA software, loaders, firmware and related services (together, the "Software"). Installing, copying or running the Software means you accept it.
2. What you are allowed to do
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software for your own personal use for the duration of your subscription or, for lifetime plans, for as long as the product is offered. The Software is licensed, not sold; we keep all rights not expressly granted here.
3. What you are not allowed to do
- Share the Software, license keys or any related files with anyone else.
- Sell, rent, lend or otherwise transfer your license or account.
- Decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, crack or tamper with the Software or its protection mechanisms, or attempt to.
- Use the Software on more machines or accounts than your license permits.
4. Subscriptions and renewal
Recurring plans renew automatically and charge your saved payment method each period until you cancel. Before you buy, the checkout states clearly whether a plan renews or is a one-off payment. You can cancel at any time from the link in your confirmation email; access then runs until the end of the period already paid for.
5. Termination
We may end this licence immediately if you breach it. When the licence ends — by termination or expiry — you must stop using the Software and delete every copy.
6. No warranty; limitation of liability
The Software is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted or undetected, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including bans, lost accounts or lost data — arising from its use, to the extent the law permits.
7. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws applicable to Fave DMA's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
