1. Who we are and what this covers

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to every product and service offered by Fave DMA ("Fave DMA", "we", "us"). By creating an account, placing an order or running our software you accept these Terms together with our End User License Agreement, Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our services.

2. Your account

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password and license key private. Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has gained access.

3. Things you must not do

• Give the loader, license keys or any related file to another person, whether for free or for money.
• Reverse-engineer, crack, bypass or interfere with our software or its protection, or threaten to.
• Resell, rent or share access to your subscription.
• Attack, overload or otherwise disrupt our services or infrastructure.

4. Payments, renewals and refunds

Some plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period; where that is the case, you are told clearly before you pay, and you authorise us to charge your payment method until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges and your access continues until the current period ends.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited. A refund is considered only when your hardware is unable to start the software and reach basic functionality — meaning the software cannot read memory from the target process or cannot perform its advertised purpose. Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting support is prohibited and results in a permanent ban. Full details are in the Refund & Return Policy.

A "Lifetime" plan guarantees access for at least 18 months and continues for as long as the product is offered. If we discontinue a product before those 18 months are up, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Physical hardware is sold on a final-sale basis and cannot be returned or refunded for any reason.

5. Suspension and termination

If you break these Terms we may suspend or close your account and revoke your licenses without a refund, and we may refuse future orders.

6. Liability

Our services are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, Fave DMA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from their use, including game account bans, lost data or lost time.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one in force; continued use after a change means you accept the new version.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to Fave DMA's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
